1. Service scope: Extreme Cleaning LLC commits to perform the cleaning services described in this contract according to the plan selected by the client.

2. Products: All products used are eco-friendly and safe for families, pets, and the environment.

3. Cancellations: The client may cancel or reschedule the service with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee.

4. Property access: The client is responsible for providing access to the property on the agreed date and time. If the team cannot access, a $50 visit fee will apply.

5. Satisfaction guaranteed: If the client is not satisfied with the service, they must notify within 24 hours for a re-work visit at no additional cost.

6. Valuable items: The client must remove valuables, jewelry, cash, and important documents before the service. Extreme Cleaning LLC is not responsible for loss of personal items.

7. Liability: Extreme Cleaning LLC is insured and protected against accidental damage caused during the service. Any claim must be submitted within 48 hours.

8. Memberships: Monthly memberships are billed on the first day of each month. The client may cancel the membership with 7 days notice.

9. Privacy: All client information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Modifications: Any changes to the service must be agreed in writing by both parties.
